Our company offers online purchases to customers both within Greece and abroad. Orders are shipped through our partner courier companies after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Order processing, dispatch and deliveries take place on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the relevant shipping information.

All shipments are accompanied by the appropriate tax document. If you wish to send an order as a gift, please inform us in advance, so that the shipment is accompanied only by the necessary delivery document.

Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you personally inspect the delivered product and confirm that the packaging remains intact.

  • SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE

Orders within Greece are shipped via ACS or DHL, free of charge.

Delivery times are estimated as follows:

Crete: usually within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Rest of Greece: usually within 4–6 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that delivery times may vary during periods of increased demand, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or for remote and hard-to-reach areas.

Shipments to P.O. boxes are not available.

  • SHIPPING WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

For deliveries within the European Union, the shipping cost is €28.00.

All listed prices include VAT.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, customs or local delivery conditions.

  • PICK-UP FROM OUR BOUTIQUE

You may choose to collect your order from our boutique during opening hours.

Boutique pick-up is available once the relevant delivery method has been selected during checkout and after you have received confirmation from our team that your order is ready for collection.

  • DELIVERY & TRACKING

Shipments are carried out through our partner courier companies, ACS or DHL.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment.
