Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, periods of increased demand or circumstances beyond the company’s control.
Upon delivery, the customer is advised to inspect the packaging and the product. In the event of visible damage to the packaging or the product, the customer must contact the company immediately.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from an online purchase within fourteen 14 calendar days from the day the product is received, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the company with a clear statement by email or through the relevant returns form before the withdrawal period expires.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and complete with their original packaging, labels, accompanying documents, proof of purchase and warranty card, where applicable.
For protection and security reasons, jewellery showing signs of use, alteration, wear, damage, modification or repair by a third party cannot be accepted as a return, unless the item is proven to be defective.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item has been delivered.
12. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made to order, personalised or modified according to the customer’s specifications.
This includes, but is not limited to, engraved items, resized pieces, custom-made jewellery, specially ordered products or items altered upon the customer’s request.
13. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the company will inform the customer whether the return has been accepted.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The company reserves the right to reduce the refunded amount if the product has suffered a reduction in value due to use, damage or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and condition of the product.
14. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that you believe is defective or different from the item you ordered, you must contact the company immediately, providing photographs and a clear description of the issue.
The company will review the case and, where a defect or incorrect delivery is confirmed, will proceed in accordance with applicable law by offering repair, replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Damage caused by misuse, impact, dropping, exposure to chemicals, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or intervention by a third-party technician shall not be considered a manufacturing defect.
15. Product Warranty
Products are covered by the statutory warranty provided under applicable law.
Where an additional commercial warranty is provided by the company or the manufacturer, it shall be subject to the specific terms accompanying that warranty. Any commercial warranty does not limit or replace the consumer’s statutory rights.
With every jewellery purchase, a warranty card may be provided, stating the main characteristics of the piece, such as metal, gemstones and other relevant details. The warranty card must be kept carefully and must accompany the jewellery in the event of inspection, repair or use of the commercial warranty.

Jewellery is delicate and requires careful use and proper storage.
We recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, seawater, swimming pools, excessive humidity and strong impact.
