At ORA by Mavrommatis, we take great care in selecting and offering jewellery of exceptional quality, crafted with attention to detail, fine materials and refined craftsmanship.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects related to the materials or craftsmanship of the jewellery, provided that the product has been used and cared for properly.

  • WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS

Manufacturing Defects

If your jewellery presents a verified manufacturing defect in its materials or craftsmanship, we will assess the item and, where applicable, proceed with the necessary repair or replacement.

Stone Setting Defects

If a stone becomes loose or is lost due to a proven manufacturing or setting defect, the item will be examined by our team. If the issue falls within the scope of the warranty, we will arrange the appropriate repair or replacement.

  • EXCLUSIONS

While we stand behind the quality of our jewellery, certain cases are not covered by the warranty.

These include:

Normal Wear and Tear

Damage caused by everyday wear is not covered. This may include scratches, dents, fading of finishes, worn settings, stretched chains, bent parts, or general signs of use over time.

Damage Due to Misuse or Neglect

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, accidental impact, exposure to chemicals, water damage, pressure, pulling, dropping, or any other form of misuse or neglect.

Loss or Damage of Stones Due to Wear and Tear

The warranty does not cover stones that are lost or damaged due to normal wear, impact, misuse, or insufficient care after purchase.

Third-Party Repairs or Alterations

Any repair, resizing, engraving, polishing, modification, or alteration carried out by a third party without prior approval from ORA by Mavrommatis may void the warranty.

Loss or Theft

The warranty does not cover loss, theft, or accidental disappearance of the jewellery.

  • HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@orabymavrommatis.com or visit our boutique with your jewellery and the original proof of purchase.

Our team will carefully inspect the piece in order to determine whether the issue falls within the scope of the warranty. If the issue is covered, we will proceed with the appropriate repair or replacement.

If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we will inform you accordingly and, where possible, suggest an alternative repair solution along with any related cost.

  • WARRANTY CARD

With every jewellery purchase, ORA by Mavrommatis provides a warranty card that includes the main characteristics of the piece, such as the metal, stones and other relevant product details.

This warranty card must be kept safely and should always accompany the jewellery in case of any warranty claim, inspection, repair, replacement, or after-sales service request.

The warranty card, together with the original proof of purchase, confirms the identity and specifications of the jewellery and allows our team to properly assess and service the piece.

  • CARE & INSPECTION RECOMMENDATION

Fine jewellery should be treated with care and inspected regularly, especially pieces worn daily, such as rings, bracelets and engagement jewellery.

We recommend having your jewellery professionally checked from time to time, in order to ensure that clasps, settings, stones and delicate details remain secure and in good condition.
