You have the right to return the products you purchased FREE of charge and request their replacement in the following cases:
When, due to a proven fault of orabymavrommatis.com, the wrong product was sold or delivered, or the product received was of poor or defective quality. This includes errors in order processing, invoicing, shipment, products damaged during transport, or products delivered with inadequate packaging.
When there is an issue or a genuine defect in the product, relating to its function or quality, provided that the defect is covered by the product warranty and the product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
In all of the above cases, the customer may either refuse to accept delivery of the product from the outset or, after receiving it, return the product within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
In every case, products must be returned in excellent condition, exactly as received by the customer, complete, unused, undamaged, and with their original packaging in excellent condition. If the product is not returned within 48 hours, the store reserves the right not to accept the return or replacement request. For all of the above cases, the maximum time limit for returning a product for replacement cannot exceed 48 hours from the date of receipt.
In addition, all products returned for replacement must be accompanied by all documents originally included with the product, such as invoice, delivery note, retail receipt, or any other relevant purchase documentation.
For jewellery items, returns or exchanges are accepted only if no custom modification, alteration, resizing, engraving, or made-to-order adjustment has been carried out on the product.
Returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for products that show signs of use.

Upon receipt of your return, the product will undergo a thorough inspection. Provided that no issue or defect is found with the product, its packaging, or the accompanying documents, you will be notified by email that your return has been accepted.
Any refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date the returned product is received by our company.
