The product must be returned unused, undamaged and complete, in its original condition and packaging, together with its labels, proof of purchase, accompanying documents and warranty card, where applicable.
Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, alteration or repair by a third party cannot be accepted.
To request a return, please inform us within the applicable return period by emailing info@orabymavrommatis.com or by completing the return request form available on our website.

Products that have been personalised, engraved, resized, altered, custom-made or otherwise modified at the customer’s request cannot be returned or exchanged.
This exclusion does not affect your legal rights if the product is defective, damaged or different from the item ordered.
Earrings are subject to the same return conditions as other jewellery. They must be completely unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging, labels and accompanying documents.
Earrings that have been personalised, altered, resized or show any signs of use cannot be accepted.

Please submit your return request by email or through the return request form and wait for confirmation from our team before bringing the product to the boutique. The item will be inspected before the return, exchange or refund is approved.
JEWELLERY, SIZING & CARE
For the most accurate result, we recommend having your finger professionally measured at our boutique.
You may also contact us before placing your order for guidance. If you already own a ring that fits correctly, its internal diameter may help us identify the closest suitable size.
Please bear in mind that fit may vary depending on the width, design and structure of the ring.
Many rings can be resized, although this depends on the design, setting, metal and extent of the adjustment required.
Certain styles, including eternity bands, highly detailed designs or rings with stones set around the band, may not be suitable for resizing. Please contact us with the product details so that our team can assess the piece individually.
Any alteration requested by the customer may affect the right to return the product.
Engraving may be available for selected jewellery pieces, depending on their design, dimensions and available surface.
Please contact us before placing your order to discuss the wording, placement, cost and estimated completion time. Engraved and personalised products cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.
Handle fine jewellery carefully and avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, cleaning products and other chemicals.
We recommend removing jewellery before exercising, sleeping, carrying out household tasks or taking part in activities that may expose it to impact, pressure or pulling.
Pieces worn regularly should also be inspected professionally from time to time to ensure that stones, settings, clasps and other delicate details remain secure.
We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming or entering the sea.
Chlorine, salt water, soaps and other substances may affect the metal, gemstones, finishes or settings over time. Sudden changes in temperature and prolonged exposure to moisture should also be avoided.
Store each piece separately in its original box or in a soft jewellery pouch, in a dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
Keeping jewellery pieces separate helps prevent scratching, tangling and contact between harder gemstones and more delicate materials. Necklaces and bracelets should ideally be stored fastened and laid flat to reduce tangling.
Every jewellery purchase is accompanied by an ORA MAVROMMATIS warranty card containing the main characteristics of the piece, including information about the metal, stones and other relevant product details.
An independent gemological certificate is provided where applicable and when specified for the individual product. Please refer to the product information or contact us if you would like confirmation regarding the documentation accompanying a particular piece.
Our collections may include both natural and lab-grown diamonds. The type of diamond used is clearly identified in the individual product information.
Our team will be pleased to explain the characteristics of each option and help you select the piece that best suits your preferences.
Yes. Please contact us if you require further information about a product, including its dimensions, materials, gemstones, sizing, availability or accompanying documentation.
You may include the product name, link or reference number so that our team can assist you more efficiently. Additional photographs or details may also be provided where available.
Please contact us if there is a particular piece you would like to view during your visit.
Subject to availability and confirmation from our team, the item may be held for an agreed period. A reservation is not confirmed until you have received written or telephone confirmation from the boutique.
Yes. We welcome enquiries for bespoke creations and custom-designed jewellery.
A private appointment allows our team to discuss your ideas, preferred materials, gemstones, design direction and any personal details you would like to incorporate into the piece. The available options, estimated cost and completion time will be discussed following an initial consultation.

Our jewellery warranty covers verified manufacturing defects relating to the materials or craftsmanship of the piece, provided that the jewellery has been used and cared for correctly.
It may also cover a loose or lost stone when this is confirmed to have resulted from a manufacturing or setting defect. Every item must first be inspected by our team to determine whether the issue falls within the warranty.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, worn finishes, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, exposure to chemicals or water, loss, theft or damage caused by impact, pressure or pulling.
Repairs, resizing, engraving, polishing or alterations carried out by a third party without prior approval from ORA MAVROMMATIS may also invalidate the warranty.
Please contact us at info@orabymavrommatis.com or visit our boutique with the product, its warranty card and the original proof of purchase.
The item will be inspected to determine whether the issue is covered. If it falls within the warranty, we will arrange the appropriate repair or replacement. If it is not covered, we will explain the available options and any related cost before proceeding.

These documents confirm the product’s identity and specifications and may be required for warranty claims, inspections, repairs, servicing or other after-sales requests.
